All products, except consumables have a WORK WARRANTY from the respective dealership.

For all electrical products, the proof is the guarantee of each product (each company has a different warranty time). In case of incorrect operation or any damage, the online store onprice.gr is not responsible and the consumer addresses directly to the product dealership.

Minimum warranty period of good operation is one (1) year.

Some dealerships give some of their products the possibility of expansion beyond one year. Check out the official sites of the companies.

Obligation of the buyer is to follow the appropriate ways of operation of the products and to keep the proof of purchase (invoice, receipt of retail sale). Shipping costs are borne by the buyer on a case by case basis and always in accordance with the policy of each dealership.
