Returns - Cancellations

You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, exactly as defined by Law 2251/1994 no.3e par. 1

The products are returned at the expense of the customer or presented by him in our physical store at the address LEOFOROS MARATHONOS 70, PC. 19005, NEA MAKRI

Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without being unsealed or unopened, along with the legal documents that came with them.

In case of a defective product, the policy followed by our store is fully harmonized with L.2251 / 1994 no.3b par.1 ed. ιβ & ιγ as well as the no. 534 ff. Of the Civil Code.

There is the possibility of a refund. Depending on the payment method you have chosen during your order, the refund will be made accordingly:

· Credit Card: The refund will be made to your card within 1-3 working days.

Cash on delivery: You will need to provide us with a bank account to make a refund within 1-3 business days.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their intact packaging in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong type, etc.).

You must inform us of your desire to return the products you purchased within the dates provided by law.
